from the B5069 heading towards Oswestry from Overton: the garden is down a gravel track first Right after the large cheese farm entrance (also on right)

It is sign posted at the entrance but there is a lot of tree coverage so you really have to look for it. 100m down the track is the garden gate entrance. Please ring the bell/phone for attention.
(NB: if you go more than 100m then you are going down next doors RHS track not mine! double back to the road and take the first left)
