Jams, Chutney and Apple Juice

11/5/2020: Sorry no jam available right now (homeschooling, cheese, butter and planting veg has left me with no time to make jam this year)

Jams and Chutney's are all home made and contain nothing but fair trade sugar and our own fruit and vegetables.*
Usually available: Quince jelly, Grape jelly, Strawberry jam, Raspberry jam, Damson jam, Victoria plum jam, Tomato chutney, Tomato ketchup, Damson chutney, Crab apple jelly & Sweet chilli jelly.

The Apple Juice is from my own apples, pressed and bottled by me. Available from September onwards. If anyone has their own apples that they want pressing, get in touch as I now have the facilities.

Cheese and Butter

Knolton Farmhouse Cheese is just next door to the market garden and has been the family business scince my grandfather came to Overton in the 1930's:

The cheese machine stocks:
Mature Cheddar, (£8/kg)
Extra extra mature: (8 year old cheddar!!) sorry all sold out now
Smoked Cheddar, (£10/kg)
Red Leicester, (£10/kg)
Double Gloucester, (£10/kg)
Cheshire. (£10/kg)

Cheese is £1.50-£5 a block depending on weight.

Butter: £2.50 (250g pats)

Free range Eggs

Eggs are available in the cheese machine £1.50/box of 6 eggs
They are from A local free range farm, New Road Farm, In Hanmer.
